George Morel: | Yeah, support for the tour of coca cola is really good. It´s good to see coca cola is doing something for the young people of music. | |

George Morel: | Yes, in Leipzig this girl took off her top and show me her t***. It was ok. I enjoy to see the people enjoy thereself. So, i enjoy and see that they are having fun enjoying the music. | |

DJNETZ: | What are you thinking about german house scene? There is a big house scene since the mid-nineties. There was many US House-Music came from USA. Many actors like Armand Van Helden, Terrence Parker or you playing in clubs and on festivals. What are you thinking about the scene here? | |

George Morel: | I have been here since the scene really started house music here in germany. Before there was Boris Dlugosch in Cologne and Eric D. Clark from the Whirlpool Guys. I´m sorry Boris was in Hamburg and Eric D. Clark and Whirlpool was in Cologne. It started in hamburg and in cologne and every year has come by. It was bigger and more and more. The scene has a lot type of house music developing the light house, the hard house you have the electro house now. I see that it´s growing. | |
Ich war hier seitdem House Music wirklich hier in Deutschland gestartet ist. Vorher war da Boris Dlugosch in Köln und Eric D. Clark von den Whirlpool Jungs. Sorry, Boris war in Hamburg und Eric D. Clark war in Köln. Es startete in Hamburg und Köln und jedes Jahr ist es gewachsen. Es wurde grösser und mehr und mehr. Die Szene hat sehr viele verschiedene Arten von House Music entwickelt, seichten house , harten house und nun den Elektro-House. Ich sehe das es wächst. | ||

George Morel: | The house scene everywhere is very important. There is a lot of great stuff that comes out of germany for example Boris Dlugosch, Mousse T, Boogie Pimps, Milk & Sugar or Tom Novy. There some good guys producing there, they will help house scene worldwide. And there are many more names i can´t remember all these names. | |
Die House Szene überall ist sehr wichtig. Es gibt eine Menge guter Sachen die aus Deutschland kommmen, z.B. Boris Dlugosch, Mousse T., Boogie Pimps, Milk & Sugar oder Tom Novy. Es sind einige gute Leute hier am produzieren, sie helfen der House Szene weltweit. Das sind so viel Namen ich kann sie mir nicht alle merken. | ||

George Morel: | George Morel: Yeah , the us music is in control by the radio, everything that doesn´t appear in the radio, doesn´t go to the public. And they do place here on the radio more popular, the young culture working on the radio and play these things. | |
Ja, die US Musik ist unter Kontrolle des Radios, alles was nicht im Radio erscheint kommt nicht in die Öffentlichkeit. Hier wird es viel mehr im Radio plaziert, die junge Kultur arbeitet beim Radio und spielt diese Dinge. | ||

George Morel: | I can not say this, i never see dj´s coming here to play. But it´s dance music, dance music is always working everywhere. | |
Ich kann es nicht sagen, ich habe nie DJ´s gesehen, die hier gespielt haben. Aber es ist Dance Muisc , Dance Music funktioniert überall. | ||
DJNETZ: | What influenced your works on your long musical career? What influenced you to listen and produce house music? | |
Was hat Deine Arbeiten auf Deiner langen musikalischen Kariere beinflusst? Was hat Dich beieinflusst House Music zu hören und auch zu produzieren? | ||
George Morel: | At most i think the party people the reaction of the people, that was my inspiration. Of course it comes from any other record or producer. The reaction is always a dance, the reaction of the people. | |
Ich denke am meisten die Party People die Reaktion der Leute das war meine Inspiration. Sicher, es kommt von jeder andernen Platte oder jedem anderen Produzenten. Die Reaktion ist immer der Tanz, die Reaktion der Leute. | ||

George Morel: | I live in New York , i haven´t been in Chicago in the late 80´s, i visited New Yorks Paradise Garage. That is where it started, where i start. | |

George Morel: | I just will produce many dance records that work in the club, perhabs the radio will play it too make it more popular. Hip Hop is very big, because MTV support a lot of Hip Hop and R´n´B videos. I will emerge dance market into better publicity. But it takes a lot of money Hip Hop they have a lot of money, because the records sells so much. In dance market we don´t sold so much , cause we don´t have the publicity. | |
Ich will einfach viele Dance Platten produzieren die im Club funktionieren, natürlich soll das Radio sie auch spielen um es populärer zu machen. Hip Hop ist sehr gross, denn MTV unterstützt eine Menge Hip Hop und R´n`B Videos. Ich will versuchen den Dance Markt mehr in die Öffentlichkeit zu bringen. Es wird eine Menge Geld kosten, denne Hip Hop hat eine Menge Geld, die Platten verkaufen sich sehr viel. Im Dance Bereich verkaufen wir nicht so viel, wir haben einfach nicht die Öffenlichkeit. | ||

George Morel: | No, every week there is something new.I´m looking forward to the summer, to play in ibiza at the privilege there is a groove on party. | |
Nein, jede Woche gibt es etwas Neues. Ich schaue vorraus in den Sommer um in Ibiza im Priviledge zu spielen, da ist eine "Groove On" Party. | ||

George Morel: | I´m looking for tonight to see that. I have no anticipation, i haven´t been there. I looking about the soundsystem, the reaction of the people. | |
Ich schaue einfach mal heute abend. Ich habe keine Erwartungen war noch nie da. Ich schaue mir das Soundsystem an und die Reaktion der Leute. | ||

Was kann die Münchner Crowd von Dir heute abend erwarten? | ||
George Morel: | It´s hard to say for me, ok this is what i gonna do. I always play compared to the reaction of the people and than i can decide, ok i play this i should play that. I playing for the people, that´s how i determ what to play and what i do. | |
Es ist sehr schwer für mich zu sagen, das ist es was tuen werde. Ich spiele immer in Verbindung mit der Reaktion der Leute und dann kann ich entscheiden, ich spiele das oder ich sollte das spielen. Ich spiele für die Leute, das ist wie ich entscheide was ich spiele und was ich tue. | ||
